Costa Rican Culture Immersion

Take advantage of being on-site! We offer a variety of ways to learn from each other, and exchanging local knowledge and preferences. Here’s how we share a bit of ourselves with you:

  • Sabor Tico - Learn how to make a traditional Costa Rican breakfast on-site at Suite Manuel Antonio with gallo pinto and maduros*!

*Other options may be available depending on season. Dietary restrictions will be taken into account and should be shared directly with team.

  • Custom Spanish language session or workshop - Choose whether you’re ready to learn the basics or brush off your vocabulary from high school. Customize your engagement based on topic, level, and duration (60 - 120 minutes.)
    Some examples of sessions or workshops to choose from: 

    • Your Travel Spanish Kit - learn key expressions for a safe, stress-free adventure

    • Tiquismos - Speak like or at least understand a Tico!

    • Spanish Refresher - practice conversations before ordering your next meal!

  • This place was picked due to close proximity to the park (3-5 min to walk). Johnny and Marta were very helpful throughout our stay. They gave us recommendations, helped with booking activities, responded to our questions very promptly. This studio has a full equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock, sitting area and bed. Bathroom had a hot shower. We were happy with working AC unit cause it was so hot and humid even at night, so it helped to sleep. We were able to watch all kinds of birds and animals from our balcony! We would come back again and stay at this place.
